Step 1
Select Your Services
Choose the laboratory tests and imaging services that best meet your health goals. No physician order is required for laboratory testing or preventive imaging screenings. A physician order is only required for diagnostic imaging services.
Step 2
Choose How & When You'd Like to Be Seen
Select the service option that's most convenient for you. Mobile Services: Schedule a convenient 3-hour arrival window, and a certified technician will come to the location of your choice to collect your samples or perform eligible imaging services. In-Person Appointment: Book an appointment at one of our sample collection or imaging centers and visit at your scheduled date and time.
Step 3
After Booking & Checkout
Depending on the services you've selected, you may receive an email or phone call with important appointment instructions, including: Fasting before certain blood tests Drinking water before select ultrasound exams Medication instructions, if applicable Presenting a government-issued photo ID during your appointment
Step 4
Your Service is Completed
Receive your care in the way you selected. A certified mobile technician arrives during your scheduled window to complete your service, or Visit your scheduled laboratory collection site or imaging center for your appointment.
Step 5
Samples & Images Are Processed
Your laboratory samples are processed in our CLIA-certified laboratory, and your imaging studies are reviewed by board-certified specialists.
Step 6
Access Your Results
Your results are securely delivered to your Arrovia Health portal. Most laboratory and imaging results are available within 2–4 business days (timing varies by test). With your secure customer portal, you can: View your results anytime, anywhere Track your health trends over time Download and print reports Securely share results with your healthcare provider.
